From the recording musical bridge
The first slip jig, Maire Rua, was learned from an early recording of De Danann and is also known as Taim In Arrears. The second tune, The Cook in the Galley, one of the “big” Newfoundland accordion jigs is given a great lift here set in the key of A, up from the standard key of D.
